Our Team

Our team consists of experienced, compassionate therapists who are dedicated to supporting you, and your loved ones, with your recovery. Most team members also have lived experience of eating disorders and body image concerns. So we truly understand what it's like to struggle with an eating disorder and what you may experience when working towards recovery. We also know that although recovery can be a difficult journey it's definitely worth it!

Rachel Loba

Founder, Nutritional Therapist - Eating Disorder & Body Image Specialist

Rachel is a registered Nutritionist and an Eating Disorder and Body Image Specialist. She is also a certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and ACT therapist. She has trained with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at the University of Oxford, two leading institutes in this field. Rachel uses a combination of Nutritional Therapy, CBT, ACT, NLP, body image therapy and Intuitive Eating. This enables her to provide a specialist and personalised approach, which combines nutritional, behavioural and psychological interventions.

Emma Dawson

Nutritional Therapist - Eating Disorder & Body Image Specialist

Emma is a registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in female hormonal health and is an Eating Disorder and Body Image Specialist. She has trained with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and also has a First-Class BSc Honours Degree in Nutritional Science and 10 years of clinical nutritional experience working for Nuffield Health and in private nutritional practice. After initially building a practice specialising in supporting women with gut issues such as IBS, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, menopause, and intimate health concerns Emma is committed to supporting all genders in recovery from eating disorders.

Jess Baumber

Counselling Psychologist

Jess is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. She is also a member of, and registered with, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She completed her Counselling Psychology training at Roehampton University in 2010 and has worked in a variety of settings, with disordered eating and related difficulties becoming an area of particular interest and specialism. Jess draws on different approaches to psychological therapy and, in collaboration with the client, tailors her work for each individual.

Deirdre Reddan

Specialist Coach for Parents & Families

Deirdre is a qualified coach and experienced mentor who has lived experience of eating disorders as a parent. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has also trained with the National Centre for Eating Disorders. Deirdre supports parents / family members whose loved one have developed an eating disorder or has a problematic relationship with food. Using proven tools and techniques, she helps them to develop the skills necessary, to support their relative, and themselves, during a very difficult time.
